Portfolio - Custom Panels

Here's a 4" Pioneer speaker housing overhead panel for a DTS/Dolby 5.1 surround sound system (using a Kenwood 7015 source unit) The sound out of this was a million times better than the crappy little center channel speaker Kenwood tries to pawn off on you.

The 'glass and filler usually doesn't come out all that smooth, but this time it did. So, I tried painting it first to get an idea of what it would look like up there painted.
Much nicer. Now I like it.
It was nice, but I wasn't crazy about it. I decided to cover the panel with OEM headliner material.
UPDATE/EDIT: XM Roady panel just completed. The roady usually has the ability to go from car to home, but he didn't want it that way and opted for a custom 'car only' mount. Which reminds me, Hey Bill, your panel is done!
